This policy explains refunds and cancellations for tickets bought through Events @ hosted.cy.
1. Event cancellation or material change
If an organiser cancels an event, or materially changes its date or location, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our processor, Revolut, normally within several business days of being issued.
2. Change-of-mind refunds
Tickets for events taking place on a specific date or period are, under EU and Cyprus consumer law, generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to most online purchases (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l)). Voluntary refunds before an event are at the organiser's discretion and subject to the event's own terms.
3. How to request a refund
Contact the event organiser, or email us at with your order details, and we will help route your request.
4. Door / pay-at-event reservations
Unpaid reservations that are not settled are simply released; nothing is charged.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
