These Terms govern your use of Events @ hosted.cy (the "Platform"), operated by Events @ hosted.cy. By using the Platform or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Platform and event organisers
The Platform provides ticketing, registration and check-in tools to event organisers. Each event is run by its organiser, who is responsible for the event itself, its description, pricing and conduct. When you buy or register for a ticket, your ticket is a contract with the organiser of that event; we provide the technology that facilitates it.
2. Tickets, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown per event and, where applicable, include VAT.
- Card payments are processed securely by Revolut. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed; you then receive a ticket with a QR code by email.
- "Pay at the event" reservations are settled at the door; admission may be refused until payment is made.
- A ticket admits the stated number of people once; the QR code is scanned on entry.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and event cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, duplicating or forging tickets, or using it unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design and content are owned by Events @ hosted.cy or its licensors. Event content belongs to the respective organisers.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct or cancellation of events run by organisers, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
